When you find a trip or cruise you want to join us on, please:

1. Review and print all of the following trip information from our website:
   • The complete itinerary
   • The price and what's included in that price
   • The Fine Print
   • The General Terms and Conditions
   • The Reservation Form
2. Call us with any questions.
3. When booking the trip, we will need the following:
   • Single or double occupancy?
   • Do you want travel insurance?
   • Do you need airfare?
   • Any other considerations?
4. Deposits are due within 7 days of the reservation being taken.
5. Mail or fax us ((408) 354-3871) the completed reservation form that you downloaded with the trip info at the same time you make the reservation.
6. You will receive an invoice showing your deposit paid and when the final payment is due.
7. Final payment is usually due 75 days prior to the trip unless otherwise noted in the fine print of the trip.
8. Final documents are sent approximately 10 days prior to the trip date.
