Caribbean Cruise Ship Our annual mid winter Caribbean vacation takes us Island Hopping in the Caribbean to the southern islands that most people have not seen! Join us this year on a 7 night Caribbean cruise aboard the Carnival cruise ship Victory and we’ll all have a party of a week! Our social hosts have designated times and places just for our group to meet throughout the week, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to meet all of the singles for a fabulous, fun week for everyone!!

Our cruise has us starting in San Juan, Puerto Rico and then we set sail to visit a total of 6 ports that include St. Thomas, Dominica, Barbados, St. Lucia, Antigua, & St. Kitts. Each port will give us time to explore and to see the many different types of islands of the southern Caribbean.

Our stay on board our ship is equally exciting with an amazing array of activities offered by the cruise staff or we can just sit back with a cool tropical drink, relax in one of the many pools or jacuzzis or enjoy a tantalizing host of other on board services to pamper us.

** PLEASE NOTE: We hold the above group rates for our groups, but once they are sold out from our group allotment the price can go higher if we have to go back to the cruise line to get more space. You must sign up early to get these group rates. Price is based on availability at time of booking. Waiting to sign up can result in a higher price per the cruise line.
Fuel surcharges are subject to increase.

Travel Insurance- add $129 –this is highly recommended. Higher prices cabins may have a higher insurance fee.
Airfare- is additional into & out of San Juan, Puerto Rico –we’ll need your air schedules as soon as booked please.
Airport/Pier Transfers-add $30.00 for roundtrip transfers ($15.00 each way) from/to San Juan Airport/ship.
To qualify for the above cruise line transfers-
Arrival- into San Juan between 11am-7pm, Sunday, February 1 for transfers to the ship. Transfers start at 11am.
Departure- flights out must be booked after 12:00 noon on departure day, Sunday, February 8. You may book a little earlier if you take a taxi to the airport.
Passports: For U.S. citizens, you’ll need a passport! For non-U.S. citizens, please consult with your consulate.
Want to do a pre-night in San Juan? We can try and book the same hotel for prenights for those wanting to.
Price does not include: Shore Excursions, tips/gratuities to cruise staff, items of a personal nature; beverages except what is offered with meals.

Fine Print – Mid Winter Caribbean Getaway Cruise-----February 1-8, 2009

Your payment of the required deposit or full payment for a reservation on this trip constitutes consent and acknowledgement of all the provisions in this Fine Print listed below & in the Singles Travel Company General Terms & Conditions. Make sure you read both of these important pieces of information & call us with any questions. PLEASE NOTE: any increase in charges (i.e. fuel charges, gov. fees, port charges, etc.) by Carnival will be passed on to the client- we have absorbed these in the past but can’t continue doing so. All prices are based on availability at time of booking and are subject to change at any time by the cruise line. Lower prices usually sell out earlier.
Deposit and Final Payments- Deposit of $250.00 (credit card or checks) is due with your reservation, we would like your reservation form also then- (it is found on our website or with the trip PDF itinerary). Full and final payments are due 80 days prior to sailing. Any booking made within 80 days of sailing will be based on what the cruise line has left in cabins (may even be sold out!) and roommate assignments have restrictions. Cancellation Fees and Refunds- All cancellations must be in writing. For any cancellations made 81 days or more prior to departure date of trip, a full refund of the trip deposit will be provided, less a $50 cancellation fee which will be applied to your credit card. For any cancellations 80 days or less prior to the trip date, no refund will be provided. After airline tickets are issued, airline cancellations are per the airline’s policy-usually no refund, some are changeable with a fee.

Travel/Trip Cancellation insurance is highly recommended.
